Delivery times range from two to six days.
Delivery times
After the production / preparation of the order (personalized and business orders have a longer production period - see term in the chosen product), you will usually receive your order in 24H in Continental Portugal.

Normally our products are not subject to customs duties outside the European Community, however, taking into account the changes made by customs around the world, the WebStore is not responsible for any additional customs duties that may exist outside the European Community.
Note: The delivery times of the orders are estimated. Any delays in delivery will always be the responsibility of the transport operator and not the WebStore.
If there is any delay in delivery, we thank you for your contact so that the WebStore with the carrier can request the necessary clarification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
- actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
- carriers' tariffs, which undergo periodic updates.

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email to access the payment area where you must make the payment.

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email with the data / payment references in which you can choose to pay with PayShop accepted in any establishment that accepts this type of payments and Multibanco "Payment of Services / Purchases" at ATMs or HomeBanking in the total amount of the order.
Payment by Bank Transfer
After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you can make the payment of your order by bank transfer.
